Building description: it is one of the most representative buildings in Valencia. Placed next to the City Hall and absolutely fitted in the City Hall square. It was built in 1930 by the architect Luis Bonet Garí, Gaudi’s disciple and one of the Sagrada Familia’s works managers in Barcelona. The common areas and facilities were totally refurbished and remodeled in 2013 and equipped with all the needed services to be used as an office place.
